[[WorldOpp hiring event on August 26th of 2018]] (hereinafter, the ''Event'') was the [[CNMCyber event]] that occurred on August 26th of 2018. The ''Event'' was organized by Saul for two participants, who were [[Gary Ihar]] and Saul himself.

===Target candidates===
*People who are fresh out of high school or school drop outs that are visionary, creative, dreamers, curious, ambitious and ready to learn in an unstructured way.
*Kenya. Rural Kenya preferably areas like Kisii. Support the candidates by paying for their Internet.

===How the project is going to be sustained and services to be offered===
*Solicit donors for things like laptop, smart phone, support of 15$ per candidate.
*Project management training
*Career development services
*Business process outsourcing services
*Business incubation and acceleration
*Partnerships with universities
