CNMCyber This Week (work) (hereinafter, the Project) is the group of endeavors undertaken to develop CNMCyber This Week as one of CNMCyber Events to achieve the marketing goals of CNMCyber.

The Project's business requirements are:

1. (primary) The Group needs to provide WorldOpp scholars with the results of CNMCyber Team's work over the past week to develop the CNM Cloud Project, CNMCyber services, and CNM Cyber staff;
2. (secondary) The Group is interested in the recruitment of new coordinators through these events.

Current issues

1. As of February 16, 2023, we had a problem with our Educaship Jitsi platform video conferencing. It couldn't log in to the system (more details: Jitsi for CNM Cloud).

Solution: have more than 1 alternative video conferencing platform, preferably one internal and one external, such as Zoom or Google meet.

2. As of February 22, 2023, the record function didn't work (more details: Jitsi for CNM Cloud).

Solution: have more than 1 alternative programs to record such as OBS Studio or Xbox Game Bar or Icecream Screen Recorder.

3. As of March 9, 2023, the host had a problem with recording the meeting in Jitsi. The recording needs to be completed and saved before the meeting is over. There may be a problem when there are two moderators in the meeting or an unknown problem that caused the host to be unable to save the meeting that was on March 9, 2023.

Solution: have at least 1 alternative program to record such as Xbox Game Bar or OBS Studio and use it in parallel with the recording in CNM Jitsi.
