Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations.
Definitions
According to Educaship Alliance LLC,
- Leadership. The art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal.
According to Organizational Behavior by Robbins and Judge (17th edition),
- Leadership. The ability to influence a group toward the achievement of a vision or set of goals.
