Interpersonal justice (alternatively known as interactional justice or transactional justice) is the degree to which stakeholders are treated with dignity and respect.

According to Organizational Behavior by Robbins and Judge (17th edition),
- Interpersonal justice. The degree to which employees are treated with dignity and respect.
