Kevin. I moved many parts on the page. Now:
- "Have humble background", "Time conscious", "Consistent at work" -- why is that? Those guys don't drop from schools :)
- "Available for 20+ hours in a week" -- no, just full-time if we want to get the results faster.
I also don't know what to do with these:
Communication
- Facebook page
- Campus messaging and notifications.
- Website.
- CNM Wiki.
How to increase effectiveness of the Pipeline
- Ultimate penalty of disqualification to candidates who do not follow instructions.
- Set exams that require applicants to read deeply and understand the program and what is required of them.
- Closely monitor performance and availability of each applicant.
- Increase standards to be met by applicants in terms of tasks issued and time spent to accomplish the tasks.
But I definitely know that I don't want to "penalize". For what reason? If some participant has found another job while being in program, let say, it is our success story, not a reason for a penalty.
