CNM Linkupware (hereinafter, the App) is the CNM app that is configured to power CNM Linkup, LinkupHandsOn, or LinkupNext service of CNM Cyber. The App is based on commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) customer relationship management software (CRM software), SuiteCRM. The App is a part of CNM Cloud.
