Group cohesion (alternatively known as social cohesion or team cohesion) is a situation when team members are emotionally attached to one another and motivated toward the team because of their attachment.
Definitions
According to Organizational Behavior by Robbins and Judge (17th edition),
- Team cohesion. A situation when team members are emotionally attached to one another and motivated toward the team because of their attachment.
