The Dirty Dozen of Human Factors (alternatively known as Dirty Dozen in Aviation or, simply, the Dirty Dozen; hereinafter, the Dozen) is the twelve most common maintenance-related human factors that are responsible for the majority of incidents and accidents in aviation.
