Any collaborative realtime editor (alternatively spelled, collaborative real-time editor; hereinafter, the Editor) is the document collaboration system that enables realtime merging of edits of the same digital document, computer file or cloud-stored data that different users do. The Editors tend to be web-based. To enter their edits, the users utilize their computers or mobile devices.
