A report recommendation (hereinafter, the Recommendation) is a suggestion or proposal about the best course of action based on the report findings. The Recommendation is a conditional part of report's body or text matter; it is included when purpose of the report is to suggest a course of action. When the Recommendation is included, it functions as a part of the document content.
