Focus on Skills (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the lesson part of the Competency Suite Essentials lesson that introduces its participants to CNM Competency Suite. This lesson belongs to the CNMCyber for Competence session of EmployableU Concepts.
Content
The predecessor lectio is Focus on Abilities.
Script
- In the KSA abbreviation, S for skills stays between K for knowledge and A for abilities. Transitioning from knowledge to abilities without skills can be challenging. To fill in the gap, the Competency Suite accommodates skills-focused training.
- The CNM HandsOn Farm hosts the CNM HandsOn Apps, which are those CNM apps that are used in the hands-on training. Its objective is to build learner's skills to work under instructions.
- Every regular system of CNMCyber has its training version, which can be considered as its sandbox. For instance, the CNM Cert Course includes practical assignments on the CertHandsOn.
- The word HandsOn is included in the training version's names; for instance, the WikiHandsOn is a training version of CNM Wiki, and so on.
Key terms
- Skills-focused training, CertHandsOn, TalkHandsOn, VentureHandsOn, LinkupHandsOn, SocialHandsOn, PageHandsOn, TubeHandsOn, LabHandsOn, WikiHandsOn, MailHandsOn

What CNM Page Be is the successor lectio.
