Self-managed workteam (or, alternatively spelled, self-managed work team; hereinafter, the Team) is a workteam of 10 to 15 people who take on responsibilities of their former supervisors.
Definitions
According to Organizational Behavior by Robbins and Judge (17th edition),
- Self-managed work team. A work team of 10 to 15 people who take on responsibilities of their former supervisors.
