CNM Cyber

CNM Cloud Essentials (hereinafter, the Lesson) is the primary learning activity of CNM Cyber that introduces its participants to CNM Cloud. The Lesson is the tenth of twelve activities that are designed to prepare its participants to the CNM Cyber Entrance Exam. All of those activities belong to the CNM Cyber Welcome Course.

The Lesson is preceded by the CNM Social Essentials and succeeded by CNM Cyber Services. The Lesson is made up of five lectios. At CNM Cyber, the word, lectio, is used for a lesson part.

What CNM Cloud Is

What CNM Cloud Is is the first lectio out of five ones that make up the Lesson.

Lectio 1 presentation

CNM Cloud

CNM Cloud is the platform that integrates all the systems that CNM Cyber brings as its services to you. Every service of CNM Cyber is powered by one or more end-user applications. A combination of all end-user applications that power one service of CNM Cyber is called a CNM app.

CNM Apps

CNM Apps is the first lectio out of five ones that make up the Lesson.

Lectio 2 presentation

The names of services are normally included in the names of the CNM apps that they power. For instance, CNM Wikiware powers CNM Wiki, CNM Tubeware powers CNM Tube, CNM Mailware powers CNM Mail, etc. The exception is CNM Cabin, which, as a federated service, is powered by CNM Middleware.

CNM Servers

CNM Servers is the first lectio out of five ones that make up the Lesson.

Lectio 3 presentation

All CNM apps are installed on one of CNM Servers.

There are four CNM Servers. WorldOpp Federated Server host CNM Middleware. The CNM Next Server hosts those systems such as Wiki Next, Tube Next, and Mail Next that are used in the hands-on training. The CNM Trial Server is used for the training of CNM Cloud administrators and their experiments. All the other CNM apps are installed on the CNM Fellow Server.

Temporarily, all the servers are based on the third-party cloud, but eventually they shall be returned to the private one.

CNM Cloud Project

CNM Cloud Project is the first lectio out of five ones that make up the Lesson.

Lectio 4 presentation

The CNM Cloud Project is the endeavor that is undertaken in order to develop CNM Cloud. That endeavor is divided into five phases and has just entered into its third phase called CNM Cloud Usable. The overall completion of CNM Cloud is estimated at 45% as of early 2020. 80% of cloud completion is estimated to be needed in order to launch the complete CNM Cyber platform.

The development occurs in two development hubs. CNM Wiki is used to develop product epics, epic stories, user stories, and other requirements. All of those requirements are literally documents. CNM Lab is used to develop viable software and the services that that software powers.

Development of WorldOpp

WorldOpp Project. An endeavor undertaken to create WorldOpp.

• WorldOpp.org. The official website of WorldOpp that yet needs to be designed.

CNM Cyber event. Any event designed and/or organized by one or more CNM Cyber event hosts that is absolutely free to its participants to attend.

• CNM Cyber roundtable. Any CNM Cyber event organized in order to discuss advancements of Friends Of CNM and/or brainstorm solutions for the challenges that it faces.
• CNM Cyber standup. Any CNM Cyber event that is a stand-up meeting in which attendees, Friends Of CNM, participate while standing. The discomfort of standing for long periods is intended to keep the standup short.
• CNM Cyber seminar. Any CNM Cyber event that is educational in its nature and used to attract attention to Friends Of CNM and their services.

CNM Apps

CNM app. Any end-user application of the CNM Cloud.

• CNM Wikiware. The CNM app that empowers CNM Wiki.
• CNM Certware. The CNM app that empowers CNM Cert.
• CNM Labware. The CNM app that empowers CNM Lab.

CNM Cloud Developments

CNM Cloud

CNM Cloud Project. The endeavor undertaken to provide the Career Network Ministry with CNM Cloud in order to deliver services of CNM Cyber.

• CNM Cloud Embryo. The second, current phase of CNM Cloud Project, which targets developments of Opplet, CNM Lab, CNM Cert, CNM Wiki, and CNM Page.

CNM Cloud requirements. Those requirements, both business and solution ones, that are valid for any part of CNM Cloud.
