Individualized consideration (hereinafter, the Style) is leadership style of someone who challenges followers to be innovative and creative. A common misunderstanding is those leaders who exercise individualized consideration only are soft, but the truth is that they constantly challenge followers to higher levels of performance. This leader can be considered a transformational leader.
