A non-profit corporation (hereinafter, the Corp) is a nonprofit organization in a form of a corporation. The Corp itself is not banned from making profit, but cannot move this profit to its stockholders as dividends. Its possible surplus of the revenues shall be directed to further achieve the ultimate objective of the Corp and not distributing its income to the organization's shareholders, leaders, or members.
