SOP

- Moderator to join the meeting 10 minutes before other participants
- Participants to join at 08:00 PM EAT
- The moderator to take the initiative of welcoming all the members present.
- The moderator to give an overview of the intended discussion during the meeting
- The participants are to be given a chance for a Q&A session
- The moderator will therefore try to respond to the questions
- The moderator will note down the frequently asked questions and upload them
- Ask for payment
- Communicate the next meeting and adjourn the meeting.
