- Customer relationship management system (CRM system). A system that allows for customer relationship management (CRM).
- Federated database. A database that collects data from several databases for various purposes including a global search throughout the whole system.

- CNM Linkup is a customer relationship management system (also known as CRM system), which its users can particularly utilize in their job searches. Its database shall be populated with relevant information such as recruiters' contact and employers' practice ones.
- That is correct, one CRM system is a part of CNM Venture and another one is delivered as the CNM Linkup service. Although these systems are similar, their functions vary.
