What CNMCT Board Is (hereinafter, the Lectio) is the second lesson part of the CNMCT Essentials lesson that introduces its participants to the CNM Cyber Team. This lesson belongs to the CNM Cyber Welcome Session.

The CNM Technology Board (also known as CNM Cyber Team Board or CNMCT Board) is a group of professionals who jointly supervise the activities of the CNM Cyber Team. The Board defines the strategy of the Team.

First of all, the Board decides on the portfolio of CNM Cyber in-house services to be designed, created, sustained, and/or retired.

Second, the Board determines what software shall support CNM Cyber. This software is called CNM Cloud.

Third, the Board approves or disapproves any changes in the Team's structure. That includes changes in the Team's personnel.
