The CNM Cyber Placement (alternatively stylized as cnmcyber placement, previously known as WorldOpp Placement Seminar and WorldOpp Placement; hereinafter, the Placement) is the practical seminar Friends Of CNM designs, develops, and delivers in order to place aspiring WorldOpp candidates (hereinafter, the Aspirants) into a WorldOpp incubator and, further, into the CNM Cyber Taskforce. The Placement consists of ten sessions (hereinafter, the Sessions).
The CNM Cyber Orientation is the Placement's prerequisite. Since all WorldOpp Fellow Candidates are graduates from the Placement, WorldOpp Bootcamp can be considered the Placement's successor. The Placement is the third stage of WorldOpp Pipeline.
Contents
Delivery design
- CNM Cyber Placement is intended to cover all aspects of WorldOpp fellow job description. Considering the importance of this job description and address any sort of learning gap, it has been transformed into a well-designed training course. The course along with all additional resources will be published on CNM Cert.
- Each Section consists of lessons which would be further divided into lectios.
- Each lesson, after a short context of reading/listening shall be followed by experiment part. experiment part or training activities are specially designed for better understandibility and learning experience of Aspirants.
- Apart from textual knowledge, variety of other learning resources such as videos shall be made available for Aspirants as visual and audible version of each lesson or activity, primarily to enhance Aspirant's experience.
Placement Entrance Exam
- Course outline shall have a Placement Entrance exam after "Cyber Placement Essentials" section. This section contains general information about the course, its format, additional tips, and options available for candidates during the course and after upon graduation as WorldOpp fellow.
- Placement Entrance exam shall also include parts of CNM Cyber Welcome Session and CNM Cyber Orientation, as the Candidate is supposed to have a good knowledge to pass through the Onboarding System.
- First version of the exam shall have forty questions in the form of Multiple choice, True false and Fill-in-blanks.
Candidate Qualification and Fellow Qualification
- Primary version of CNM Cyber Placement shall include knowledge and experiments regarding basic activities of CNM Wiki.
- Candidate shall be offered paid wiki assignments as soon as they know the job description and basic wiki editing. For this purpose, *Candidate has to pass through first four sections of the course (inclusive of "Developing CNM Cyber Deliverables") successfully.
- "Developing CNM Cyber Deliverables" will be followed with a qualification exam also known as Candidate Qualification Project which will include practical activity primarily of CNM Wiki editing.

Key outcomes
Based on their graduation, the Aspirants become WorldOpp fellows. During the course, They can also be assigned some specialty and placed into a WorldOpp incubator.
Specialty selection
Specialty path include accounting, business analysis, executive administration including entrepreneurship, information technology, project management, and/or systems engineering. If a graduate doesn't make his or her decision at this time, executive administration is assigned as a default option.
Incubator arrangement
Aspirants who have passed Candidate Qualification Projectare placed in a WorldOpp incubator whereas Aspirants graduated from Fellow Qualification Project will be regarded as WorldOpp fellows and would be able to pursue a normal job for CNM Cyber as a part of CNM Cyber Team.
