The CNM Cyber Placement (alternatively stylized as cnmcyber placement, previously known as WorldOpp Placement Seminar and WorldOpp Placement; hereinafter, the Placement) is the practical seminar that the CNM Cyber Team designs, develops, and delivers in order to place aspiring WorldOpp fellows (hereinafter, the Aspirants) into the CNM IT Taskforce. The Placement consists of four sections (hereinafter, the Sections).
The CNM Cyber Orientation is the Placement's prerequisite. Since all WorldOpp Fellow Candidates are graduates from the Placement, WorldOpp Bootcamp can be considered the Placement's successor. The Placement is the third stage of WorldOpp Pipeline.

Delivery design
- CNM Cyber Placement is intended to cover all aspects of WorldOpp fellow job description. Considering the importance of this job description and address any sort of learning gap, it has been transformed into a well-designed training course. The course along with all additional resources will be published on CNM Cert.
- Each Section consists of lessons which would be further divided into lectios.
- Each lesson, after a short context of reading/listening shall be followed by experiment part. experiment part or training activities are specially designed for better understandibility and learning experience of Aspirants.
- Apart from textual knowledge, variety of other learning resources such as videos shall be made available for Aspirants as visual and audible version of each lesson or activity, primarily to enhance Aspirant's experience.
Outline
Key outcomes
Based on their graduation, the Aspirants become WorldOpp fellows. During the course, They can also be assigned some specialty and placed into a WorldOpp incubator.
Specialty selection
- Specialty path include accounting, business analysis, executive administration including entrepreneurship, information technology, project management, and/or systems engineering. If a graduate doesn't make his or her decision at this time, executive administration is assigned as a default option.
Incubator arrangement
- Those Aspirants who have passed the Candidate Qualification Exam are placed in a WorldOpp incubator; those Aspirants who have successfully completed the Fellow Qualification Project will be regarded as WorldOpp fellows and would be offered a position at the CNM IT Taskforce or similar within the CNM Cyber Workforce.
Expected from Candidates
The course is designed to effectively communicate the knowledge required for a Candidate to perform efficiently as a part of CNM Cyber Team. While on the course, Aspirants are also expected to exhibit some behavioral and work skills such as:
- Communicate whenever anything of any sort is not clear. CNM Cyber Team members will be available for any sort of assistance. Aspirants are supposed to undertake every part of the course with good concentration and analytical skills which will be judged during exams, assignments, training activities and projects. The more you communicate and ask question, you'll more likely be favored to qualify for further stages. This is because in order to fully accomplish a task, its purpose and every aspect is to be fully understood. And the one who asks more, learns more. So keep the fear of communicating and making mistakes aside and ask whatever you feel like. Because we believe that:

- Therefore, asking questions , communicating and suggesting improvements will highly be appreciated at CNM Cyber. Assessing activities of the course are also designed accordingly, as to judge Candidate's critical analysis and communication ability.
- Aspirants must report any sort of inconsistency occurred during the course, preferably with a screenshot. It shall be communicated to technical department immediately.

- Generally speaking, we expect that some of the participants would be interested in services of Friends Of CNM. So, CNM Cyber Orientation is a prerequisite.

- As many as possible.
- What platform shall be used?
- The course itself will be published at CNM Cert when it is launched. Videos will also be posted at YouTube and textual materials at CNM Wiki. Videoconferences shall be accommodated with CNM Talk when it is available or any other software such as Skype for Business until CNM Talk is available.
- I will need upto 7 days for this so that I can aware people and attract them toward this and I will also create the platform for you and the audience as well. We can start the order after 2 days once I prepare all the details fine?
