The CNMC Knowledge Administrator (hereinafter, the Administrator) is a WorldOpp fellow working at WorldOpp Fellow Staff of the Friends Of CNM (hereinafter, the Group) who virtually and/or onsite administers the Group's intelligence and owns CNM Wiki.
If the position is open and no WorldOpp fellow is available to fill it in, the Group may consider hiring an independent contractor instead of a WorldOpp fellow.
