A WorldOpp roundtable (hereinafter, the Meeting) is a meeting of Friends Of CNM (hereinafter, the Group) organized in order to discuss any challenges that the Group in general and its WorldOpp program in particular faces.
Contents
Agenda
Typical agenda
- By default, any Meeting consists of two parts:
# Description Duration 1 - Q&A session for new attendees related to the introductory presentation of Friends Of CNM;
- If there is a room, the session extends to any question related to WorldOpp development.
15 minutes 2 - One by one, those participants who would like to speak up, describe the challenges that the Group faces. The other participants may or may not ask questions and/or provide the speakers with their feedback.
- The sequence of the speakers is defined by the agenda created in advance on the first-come-first-served basis. If the time allows, those speakers who are not on the official agenda are welcome to present.

- All of the presentations are pre-recorded and supposed to be viewed by the attendees before they arrive.
Meeting agenda
- The agenda is proposed by future participants and/or Friends Of CNM DevOps Administrator using this CNM Wiki and approved by Friends Of CNM DevOps Administrator in advance.
Format
The Meetings are usually organized simultaneously onsite to accommodate those who needs face-to-face interactions and online to accommodate those attendees who choose to participate remotely.
Onsite
- The Meetings shall usually be scheduled to occur in the cafeteria of McLean Bible Church in Vienna, Virginia. The announcements shall usually be published at the Career Network Ministry meetup group and/or Tech Events for Managers and Entrepreneurs. The cut-off RSVP shall be set at about 24 hours prior to the event and, if no member RSVPed, the onsite portion of the Meeting shall be cancelled.
Online
- The Meetings shall usually be broadcasted via some web conferencing system. The announcements shall usually be published at https://worldopp.org. If no new attendee RSVPed, the first and final parts of the Meeting shall be cancelled.

The Meeting shall satisfy requirements as follows:
- Newbies shall be able to participate and ask questions first-hand.
- Team members shall be able to participate and discuss any issues with their projects.
- The team lead shall be able to participate and know the obstacles in order to work on those.
