A customer relationship management system (sometimes, spelled as customer-relationship management system; alternatively known as a CRM system, by its acronym, CRMS, or, simply, as customer relationship management or CRM; hereinafter, CRMS) is a system for customer relationship management (CRM). Usually, CRMS is built using customer relationship management software, with which CRMS shares its acronym.
