Organizational Behavior

Organizational Behavior (hereinafter, the Course) is the course delivered by Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology as Vaughn College MGT210 and Shanghai Jian Qiao University in order to introduce its learners to organizational behavior concepts. Introduction to Management is the prerequisite.

How to get to the courseware

If you haven't registered in the courseware yet

1. Go to https://careerprise.com/user/register
2. You can leave the email field blank unless you want to be able to restore your password if you forget it.
3. Fill in your username. This can be anything starting with your American name. You can add one of more letters from your Chinese name; for instance, TomD, tomd, TomDi, tomdi, etc.
4. Fill in your password. This can be anything that contains six or more characters and what you can remember.
5. Click on Sign up. You will see either an error message clarifying what was wrong or get to the welcome screen if the registration is successful. Then, you should be able to see the name of the course;
6. Click on Organizational Behavior. If your browser supports cookies, you will get enrolled into the course. If not, enter the username and password you have just created.

If your account has been created

1. Go to https://campus.ksacerts.com
2. Select Organizational Behavior.
3. Fill in your username, password, and click "Log in".
4. If your browser supports cookies, you should be able to get to the course immediately. If not, click on the menu in the left upper corner, and select "Site home" -- you will find the course there.
