On Monday, Gary sent the team the following email:

Team, I have a couple of mid-week thoughts to share.

First, my audio was really bad on the last video recording -- Natalia's breath or Kevin's moving, for instance, sounds louder than my voice. For now, my best guess is that I was not a moderator during the last sessions and my voice is what the moderator heard from his or her dynamics. At the same time, I would love to move to our new recording model.
Second, I would love to re-concentrate on high-school students only. With adults, we have had a few success stories, but the ROI ratio was never great. I believe that, with the kids, everything should move faster. If not, I don't really see a path to get the idea developed. Instead of hiring folks like Rita and Erastus, we will be hiring those who develop services for high-school students.
Third, Vitaly used to lead our last high-school initiative. He contacted some school principals, and we had a talk with one, but those principals were not really engaged. Not to repeat the same mistake, I envision creating some board for professional orientation and pay the principals for their time discussing the plans. The re-concentration on high schools requires expertise which we are missing, so the board can be a tool to fill this void.
