Employee teams this is employee involvement that creates an environment in which people have an impact on decisions and actions that affect their workplace, not the terms and conditions of their employment. Characterized by workplace decision making by truly empowered, intact employee teams for whom managers provide consultation and assistance in how the work is to be done.

- Employee teams. Employee involvement that creates an environment in which people have an impact on decisions and actions that affect their workplace, not the terms and conditions of their employment. Characterized by workplace decision making by truly empowered, intact employee teams for whom managers provide consultation and assistance in how the work is to be done.
