Coordinator's reports

• Gary: Held office hours without recording at 1pm EST/EDT on Thursday and Tuesday. Both sessions were productive, plans to start recording and, in order to diversify meeting timing, move Tuesday's events 2 hours earlier. Worked on CNM Website Projects. Decided that its Talk page should serve as the project wikipage. Thinking on a dilemma whether the developers should claim projects on the projects page or This-Week page. Expects that this sprint will be closed by June 7th. Eventually learned that no English-language CNM Technology Board meeting is available; probably, CNM ProxmoxVE issues shall be blamed for that. For now, decided to postpone those meetings. Worked with Natalia and Muhammed to restore our Proxmox cluster and return a CNM Jitsi instance to there. Starting next week, plans to move the developers' work to the claim-get-approved-close format. Also waits until Rita's connection will improve in order to transfer This-Week series to her as Kevin will move to the Tech Board meetings. Participated in interviews with:
  1. Jitsi contractor that Sonya organized. The interview was the most productive so far and we are ready to award the first contract.

• Rita: This week I worked with Sonya on CNMCyber Welcome Agenda. We also discussed that I will handle the speech/ introductions and Sonya to handle presentations and together we answer questions. What is left now is to set the date and have a live session. We might need to market the event so that we get numbers, because we should have it maybe on the last week of June. Secondly I attended office hour Thursday and Tuesday where I got clarification about content management systems as my project. Next week as I transition to event organizer I want to work update our welcome message on meet up and organize next weeks events.
