Coordinator's report
- Gary: Responding to Rita's request, updated the pitch on CNMCyber Welcome Session. Finished the CNM Website Developer and CNM Website Projects sprints. Moved to the CNM Event Organizer sprint. Instead of CNM Website Development Exam, is offering Rita and Sonya to test CNM Website Developer and CNM Event Organizer positions, while developing the needed lectios on the fly. This would allow starting a new recruitment campaign faster than late-May.
- Sonya: Worked on Educaship WordPress page. Was looking for a solution to the problem of translating CNMCyber Guided Tours meetings from Russian to English. There is an option to build a Microsoft translator directly into the CNM Jitsi for free https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/purchase-options/pay-as-you-go/, but it needs time to figure out how to do this technically. I will discuss this with Natalia. I also worked with a virtual machine and tested the ability to record meetings on the remote desktop. I also prepared for Guided Tour of CNM Jitsi 2023-4-5.
- Kevin: Not done a lot. 1. Had challenges locating a program to integrate the recording of the previous meeting, I had great success with Clipchamp open source software. Once the network dropped recording stopped and restarted once the connection was restored and ended up with two video. Video posted on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0YViIS3BQA8&t=2s 2. Correcting scrip developed by Rita, posted on CNMCyber Week 2023-03-01 discussion page. Lastly made two to three edits on CNM Event Organizer page.
