1. The events occur at https://talk.cnmcyber.com/common
2. Moderator to join the meeting 10 minutes before other participants
3. Participants to join at 08:00 PM EAT
4. The moderator to take the initiative of welcoming all the members present.
5. The moderator to give an overview of the intended discussion during the meeting
6. The participants are to be given a chance for a Q&A session
7. The moderator will therefore try to respond to the questions
8. The moderator will note down the frequently asked questions and upload them
9. Ask for payment
10. Communicate the next meeting and adjourn the meeting.
