A human factor (hereinafter, the Factor) is an individual's characteristic such as appearance, attitude, and capacity that contributes to this individual's interaction with his or her environment such

set of factors that, although may be originated from outside an individual, (a) depend on none, but this individual, and (b) impact this individual's work performance. Although groups and/or organizations may try to influence the Factors, they are not under their direct control.
