Definitions

According to Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining by Michael R. Carrell and Christina Heavrin (10th edition). Dual Sovereignty is the sharing of governmental power between the federal and state governments. Under the U.S. Constitution, all powers not granted to the federal government are reserved for the states.
