Good-faith reasonable doubt is an NLRB rule that provides an employer who entertains a good-faith reasonable doubt that the employees support the incumbent union may request an election, withdraw recognition and refuse to bargain with that union, or conduct an informal poll of employees.

According to Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining by Michael R. Carrell and Christina Heavrin (10th edition),
- Good-faith reasonable doubt. An NLRB rule that provides an employer who entertains a good-faith reasonable doubt that the employees support the incumbent union may request an election, withdraw recognition and refuse to bargain with that union, or conduct an informal poll of employees.
