Business need
A business need (hereinafter, the Need) is the state of an enterprise in which that enterprise has to have something that that enterprise does not have at the moment. The Need may also refer to a high-level business requirement. The plural term, business needs, refer to a business requirements document (BRD), alternatively known as business needs specification.
