Boundaryless organization is an organization whose organizational structure is not defined by, or limited to, the horizontal, vertical, or external boundaries imposed by a predefined structure.

According to Management by Robbins and Coulter (14th edition),
- Boundaryless organization. An organization whose organizational structure is not defined by, or limited to, the horizontal, vertical, or external boundaries imposed by a predefined structure.
