Industry 4.0 is industry 4.0 refers to the modernization of manufacturing with Internet of Things services, which provide the basis for the fourth industrial revolution. The first industrial revolution was enabled by the introduction of mechanical production facilities powered by water and steam, the second revolution was enabled by mass production powered by electrical energy, and the third revolution was enabled by the introduction of electronics and information technology.
