Capacity and performance management practice (hereinafter, the Practice) is the practice to ensure that services achieve agreed and expected performance levels, satisfying current and future demand in a cost-effective way. The Practice relates to capacity management, performance, and service management. This Practice is a part of the ITIL practices.
