Service continuity management practice (hereinafter, the Practice) is the practice to ensure that service availability and performance are maintained at a sufficient level in case of a disaster. The Practice relates to service management and is a part of the ITIL practices.

Service continuity management practice. The practice of ensuring that service availability and performance are maintained at a sufficient level in case of a disaster.
