Saul - WorldOpp hiring event

This was a hiring event for Saul conducted by Gary. The aim of the event was for Saul to understand the project and the information gathered is shared below:

Work that needs to be done: • Developing courses, lectures and anything that can help future candidates. • Development of the wikipages • Development of organizational structure and job descriptions. • Project management and develop requirements for technology solutions.

Publicity for the events: • Facebook for promoting the event. • Website • Churches • Partners

Target candidates: • People who are fresh out of high school or school drop outs that are visionary, creative, dreamers, curious,

       ambitious and ready to learn in an unstructured way.

• Kenya. Rural Kenya preferably areas like Kisii. Support the candidates by paying for their Internet.

How the project is going to be sustained and services to be offered: • Solicit donors for things like laptop, smart phone, support of 15$ per candidate. • Project management training • Career development services • Business process outsourcing services • Business incubation and acceleration • Partnerships with universities
