Change impediment

Change impediment (hereinafter, the Impediment) is an impediment in implementing a change.

Types

• Integration change impediment. A change impediment related to challenges to integrate the proposed change into the existing infrastructure and carry out the change through technology.
• Navigation change impediment. A change impediment related to challenges to manage the change implementation over time, which is referred to as navigation.
• Change resistance. A change impediment related to resistance originated from change resistance sources.
