Change impediment

Change impediment (hereinafter, the Impediment) is an impediment in implementing a change.

Types

• Change integration impediment. The Impediment related to challenges to integrate the proposed change into the existing infrastructure and carry out the change through technology.
• Change navigation impediment. The Impediment related to challenges to manage the change implementation over time, which is referred to as navigation.
• Change resistance. The Impediment related to resistance originated from change resistance sources.
