Good-faith reasonable doubt

Good-faith reasonable doubt is an NLRB rule that provides an employer who entertains a good-faith reasonable doubt that the employees support the incumbent union may request an election, withdraw recognition and refuse to bargain with that union, or conduct an informal poll of employees.
