Availability management practice (hereinafter, the Practice) is the practice to ensure that services deliver agreed levels of availability to meet the needs of customers and users. The Practice relates to availability and service management. This Practice is a part of the ITIL practices.

Availability management practice. The practice of ensuring that services deliver agreed levels of availability to meet the needs of customers and users.
