Initiative Name

  1. Name Suggestion Gathering and Sharing by Council Members for the Initiative.

Council members will engage in a session where they can propose creative and meaningful names for the initiative.

Educaship Pitch

Members are asked to share their thoughts on what could be added to make it more effective and what elements should be removed to enhance clarity and impact by engaging in answering the following questions.
    1. Which specific section or element of the pitch do you think needs the most improvement?'
    2. What do you believe is the most compelling aspect of the pitch, and how can we emphasize and build upon that strength further?
    3. Which part of the pitch, in your opinion, requires further simplification or clarification to ensure that the message is easily understood by the audience?
    4. What specific modifications do you suggest to ensure the pitch aligns better with the current industry trends or market dynamics?

January Launch

Council members to discuss and decide plans for the launch in January including;
    1. Identifying the specific target audience for the launch, i.e., which children will be the focus
    2. The number of hours per day that the kids will spend in the program.
    3. Decide on the duration, i.e., how many days a week.

Member's Motivation

Council members are to decide on the following;
    1. How much should council members receive as a token of their participation and motivation in the initiative?

School Administration Fees

School administration fees (some amount paid to the school to aid the program, i.e. to cater for bills incurred while running the program using school's facilities. e.g., additional pay for extra hours for the cleaner).
