Boys Market Clause
Boys Market Clause is a case in which the Supreme Court upheld an injunction against a union that struck an employer despite a no-strike clause in its contract. The Court also ruled that an employer is ordered to arbitrate while seeking a court injunction against a union striking in violation of a no-strike clause.
