Coordinator's reports
- Gary: Mostly worked on CNMCyber Office Hours events. No one joined the events on Friday and Monday, so those days are now canceled. Reviewed Rita's work -- her progress is impressive. Interviewed a Educaship Jitsi contractor during the event that Sonya organized and a Educaship MediaWiki contractor during the event that Kevin organized. No contract has been awarded yet. Offered to explore a scheduling tool for the interviews. Next week plans to:
- Transfer learning contractors' work to the CNMCyber practice framework, which specifically means utilizing the instructions posted there and either CNM Website Developer or CNMCyber Coordinator wikipage depending on the nature of contractor's positions.
- Host Office Hour events on Thursday and Tuesday.
- Sonya: This week wasn't so productive because of problems with my computer. Worked with Upwork, invited contractors, asked questions, and we had one meeting. Prepared a report on the contractors for the CNM Technology Board meeting. Next week I plan to continue working with contractors on Upwork, continue to work with Rita and work on video recordings and CNM Technology Board meetings wiki pages.
- Kevin: Worked on Website Development, continued scouting for Media Wiki expert, we have 4 potential aspirants whom we are yet to schedule meetings with. Was able to assign Wiki accounts;

Finally, I had a session with Erastus, Gracey, Mark and Rwitto where we went through the basics of editing a Wiki page. Some of the topics we handled include; Editing text on Wiki, Creating a page on Wiki, Linking internal and external web pages to Wiki. What I am planning to work on this coming week is the CNMCyber.com Home. I envision developing Business requirements, Stakeholder requirements and text for the landing page.
- Rita: I was not able to join in office hour for three days, however I managed to join on Tuesday and had some correspondence with Gary who reviewed my work and updated on CNMCyber.com SEO and we tracked progress in CNM Website Projects. I also tried to work on Error 404 page which was then updated to be CNMCyber.com 404. It still work in progress but I managed to put in directions in case the client does not know where to go. The progress is also recorded in the CNM Website Projects . My next project is to work with Sonya on an agenda for the welcome session and look at what content management systems entails.
- Erastus:
- Rwito: I worked on editing the CNM Website Developer page, the subsection What Dev's do and What Dev's Produce, with the additional part of Website deliverables. I got a wiki account this week which I am still figuring out with the help of Kevin. I am looking forward to coming up with a substantial page this coming week once guided on what to edit and what not to edit on the main pages. My suggestions are on the website developer discussion page.
- Gracey: I worked on the CNM Website Developer website page, I was trying to edit the how it works part which I had done on word page last week. Will continue to work on the page in the following week.
- Mark: I am still working on the CNM Website Developer page, having an account on wiki I am still figuring out how to work with it. I will work with Grace and Rwito to come up with a complete CNM_Website_Developer page coming week.
