Civil Service Reform Act of 1978
Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 is an act designed to reform the outdated federal civil service structure, modeled after the National Labor Relations Act. Created the Federal Labor Relations Authority to oversee labor–management relations within the United States Federal Government.
