International governmental organisation

International governmental organisation is a legal person established and recognised as such by more than one state pursuant to treaty (e.g., the United Nations, INTERPOL, the International Maritime Organization, etc.). In practice, often simplified as 'International Organisation' or 'Treaty Organisation'.
