Ontrucking

Ontrucking (hereinafter, the App) is a mobile app for truck tracking. The App utilizes the Offtruck software.

Main menu

While the app is loading -- "Welcome!" on some 3-D sunset orange background

• Fuel
• Trip
• Driver
• Vehicle

Fuel zone

1. Are you at [that location]?
2. Pick the fuel type:
   • Tractor
   • Reefer
   • DEF
3. Enter:
   • Gallons
   • Price

Trip zone

• (If currently not in a trip mode) Start a trip
  1. Is [that location] your pick-up?
  2. Download the bill of lading
  3. Add the destination
  4. Let's go!
• (If currently is in a trip mode) Add trip data
  1. Update expenses
  2. Upload inspection
  3. Report anything else
• (Always available at the bottom) Trip archive
  1. What trip are you looking for?
  2. Trip locations, expenses, bills of lading, log books

Driver zone

• Add driver data
  1. Upload drug test
  2. Upload driver license
  3. Update driving record
  4. Report anything else
• View payment info

Vehicle zone

• Add vehicle data
  1. Update maintenance info
  2. Report anything else
• View vehicle info

Location tracking

1. State
2. Highway name
3. Miles driven on that highway

Uploading requirements

Any upload is subject to approval. Upon the approval, the driver gets this message on phone and/or email:

Your [Upload name] has been accepted!

Thanks for sending in [Upload name]. Your photo has been accepted, and you're ready to drive.

We'll give you a heads-up when anything else is needed. Safety first!
