Strategy management practice

Strategy management practice (hereinafter, the Practice) is the practice to formulate the goals of an organization and adopt the courses of action and allocation of resources necessary for achieving those goals. The Practice relates to strategy and service management. This Practice is a part of the ITIL practices.

According to the ITIL Foundation 4e by Axelos,

Strategy management practice. The practice of formulating the goals of an organization and adopting the courses of action and allocation of resources necessary for achieving those goals.
