The CNMCT Essentials (hereinafter, the Lesson) is the lesson that introduces its participants to CNMCyber Team. The Lesson belongs to WorldOpp Orientation.

The Lesson is made up of four lectios. At CNMCyber, the word, lectio, is used for a lesson part.
